"The Monroe City Council is entering a fleet management program. The council voted unanimously Wednesday to participate in the Enterprise Fleet Management Program, which city staff believes will eventually address the city's aging light-duty and heavy-duty fleets.... The program allows the city to purchase and finance light-duty vehicles and sell existing light-duty vehicles."
