A Message from Brice Adamson, Executive Vice President, Enterprise Fleet Management
To Our Valued Partners & Clients,
We are facing a truly unique time as the situation with coronavirus continues to evolve. All of our families, businesses, and communities have been impacted and our hearts go out to anybody affected directly or indirectly by the virus.
I want to update you on how we are approaching the situation at Enterprise Fleet Management.
We are focused on the safety of our customers, employees, families, and our communities and are monitoring the situation closely. We are taking steps to ensure we are meeting your needs as your fleet partner.
The majority of our customer-facing workforce is enabled to work remotely and, where they can, we are encouraging them to do so. We have temporarily suspended client visits and are recommending that meetings are conducted through Zoom, a video conference platform. For those employees who are not able to work from home, we are using recommended social distancing to ensure safety.
Our third-party partners, such as WEX (fuel cards) and Geotab (telematics), are following similar protocol.
Fleet Operations is our shared services facility based in St. Louis, Missouri and includes the National Service Department, Insurance and claims handling, New Vehicle Acquisition, License and Title, and Accounting and Billing. The majority of this workforce has also been enabled to work remotely part-time and fortunately the shift to work remotely has been smooth. Fleet Operations remain ready to support you with anything you may need, even when employees are working remotely.
We will continue to closely monitor this global health situation and are committed to keeping you updated. If there are any further questions you have on this topic, please do not hesitate to reach out to your local Client Strategy Manager or Account Fleet Coordinator.
We value your questions, ideas, and feedback.
Kind regards,
Brice Adamson
