Additionally, Enterprise’s Client Strategy Manager implemented a proactive plan to replace fleet vehicles every 150,000 miles, reducing downtime and costs.

THE RESULTS

Enterprise Fleet Management’s plan helped S.T. Wooten optimize vehicle replacement timing, saving at least $3,000 per vehicle. Initial positive outcomes prompted the company to replace vehicles even sooner, at 100,000 miles, and reinvest in a newer fleet with technologies and features that boosted driver morale.
