National Service Department (NSD) - Roadside Assistance Vendors

Updates related to roadside assistance vendors and delays in affected areas. 

8/28:

Texas: The greater coastal areas from Galveston to Port Arthur have been placed on a temporary service restrictions. No updates are being provided provided until further notice.


Louisiana: The coastal range is vastly affected by suspended services. Some areas may allow for roadside services but long tows as well as towing across bridges are prohibited. 


Currently, no flooded vehicles are being serviced. The estimated wait times in impacted areas are provided on a case-by-case basis.

Fueling Tips: 

  • Fuel shortages can occur during evacuations or as a result of storm damage. It is recommended to proactively top off vehicles with fuel. 
  • Consider temporarily raising limits on fuel cards for drivers who may need to evacuate the affected areas. Contact your Account Fleet Coordinator if you need assistance. Limits can be reset after the storm passes.
